This is a very nice chair. The reason I only gave it a 4 star is because we had so much trouble with the delivery & customer service. The chair is very comfortable but a little big. But then I'm short but it fits my husband fine. I would recommend this chair just don't be in a hurry to get it because it doesn't come when they say it will. We also ordered a mat for the chair & we've still not got it & it was supposed to be here Nov. 23rd & it is now Dec. 4th!!
