this chair was such a bargain i could not pass it up i ended up buying two. i spend a considerable amount of time in front of my computer or at my desk so chairs can be an important item to me and this one fills the bill wonderfully.

We are going to purchase another one soon for another employee. The chair went together easily and is very comfortable. It looks much more expensive than it was and our employee especially likes the high back...very executive looking (and great for napping too.). Although it doesn't have many adjustments that just means that there is less to creak and break.Our employee has been very satisfied with the purchase and the boss was VERY impressed with the cost. Too bad I didn't see this chair when I was purchasing one for myself!

I was somewhat hesitant before ordering this chair because I had a a bad experience with my previous chair that I purchased at Staples. However I was pleasantly surprised! My old chair didn't last too long ... it never would stay at the same height regardless of how many times I adjusted it. Finally I had to buy a clamp at the hardware store to prevent it from sliding down. This high back chair is much more sturdier and very comfortable. It was easy to assemble and I look forward to it lasting a long time.

I was delighted to receive my new office chair. Was highly disappointed in the assembly instructions. I could not get the back and arms to hook together to save me. I thought the screws weren't long enough. I called the help line and was told I had to wait a week to get replacement screws! I left the chair alone for a night and tackled it again the next day. The assembly instructions are NOT clear. When I went to attach the back and arms to the base the diagram shows it backwards. So it took me two days to put it together. Other than that its a good chair so far.

I am very satisfied with the High Back Managers Chair. It's very comfortable and rolls easily. I would certainly recommend this chair to others.
