Good product great value for the cost

This is a very good mid range chair. I suspect it would not endure as an office chair being used 24/7 in a commercial environment. The area to focus on is the assembly. They have hit a new high (or low - depending on your view point) with the organization. Each step has a sealed "pouch" with the parts for that step. The instructions do not use words and for the most part do not need them. The one area of concern is step 5 which shows that you put one pair of screws in with the back while it lays down on the seat and then rotate the back upwards to the correct position and then put in the remaining pair of screws. You must be very careful since there is no leeway provided. You have to do it carefully or you will rip the fabric. In addition the first pair of screws need to be put in but should be kept as loose as possible in order to be able to set the back upright - this will allow you to spread the arm rests far enough apart so you can lift the back. Care is the focus on this step. The fact that they include extra parts is a definite plus and they do include an allen wrench. However it is my opinion that if you have a decently equiped shop or tools use something better. An allen wrench socket with a handle would be much better. Or an allen wrench socket with an adapter and a battery powered screwdriver will make assemly much easier. Again care is the watchword so you do not overtighen the screws. Other than the point about assembling the back assembly is easy the chair looks good and is comfortable perfect for something like a home office or something similar.

Makes a Statement!

What a find! I was excited to find such a great deal but when I got it and put it together (all by myself even!) and then sat in it....holy moley! It is seriously a comfortable chair and it makes a statement because it looks good so it makes me look good what more can you ask for? I have put it through its paces rolling around and bumping into stuff (not used to occupying this kind of space) and it still looks brand new...very sturdy chair! Rolls very smooth and feels so good to sit in and even relax in for a second if you have that kind of time! Thanks Staples for such a super deal!

This is a great product. The chair was very easy to assemble and had all of the parts clearly/easily laid out in separate numbered packages for each step. The assembly instructions were clear easy to follow and had great diagrams in them. I also like the fact that the packaging did not have a lot of extra wasted packaging inside the box. That meant I wasn't having to dispose of a lot of extra stuff. I purchased this product online and did ship to store since I live in a place that doesn't have easy delivery options. The chair arrived quickly and I was promptly notified.

This chair is pretty good for the price. I purchased it to take to work since the chairs at work seem to be made for short people with perfect posture. The instructions are pretty good except for the step when it tells you to put the seat back up to attach the first set of screws for the back and fold it back problem is you can't fold the seat back up from that position so go ahead and put the seat back in place before you attach the screws it'll save you time. Also make sure when attaching the metal bracket thing to the seat base to look for the arrows that say front otherwise the chair will leand forward instead of back.

Comfy But Large

We got this on super sale at the store and felt like the deal was too good to pass up even though we weren't ready to start shopping for furniture yet. The chair is comfortable and great as a desk/computer chair but it JUST fits under my desk and it takes up a lot of space.
