Thin cushioning on seat and back both of which are hard and uncomfortable. Really sorry I bought this. Hope to dispose of it on craigslist for whatever I can get. You will be disappointed if buying this. Shame on Staples for selling this poor quality product.

Comfortable enough except that it doesn't rise high enough even at maximum height to make working at a desk easy I need to sit on a pillow to do that.

This is a very comfortable chair to work from. The high back is handy when you need to rest a minute. The only problem I have is that it rolls too easily and I sometimes get a ride.

I love my chair. However the last screw was bad. I had to go to Lowe’s to get a small package of screws. It was Friday after the chair company closed and they were closed until Monday morning and I didn’t want to wait.
