This chair was easy to assemble. All the parts were well identified. The tool supplied was more than adequate for the job. The diagrams were well executed and I had no trouble figuring out the steps with the help of the instructions. The only critizizen I have with the chair is that after sitting in it for 45-60 minutes it gets warm and I have to get out of the chair for several minutes. This actually might have a hidden benefit I.e. Making me stretch my legs more often than I normally would. I like the insurance I purchased with the chair but when it comes time to use it when we will see how smart that purchase waxs

I haven't been able to unlock to rock. The Providence store assembled and I would ask at the store however Providence in my opinion..... very hard to deal with. Should have gone to the Smithfield store.

The last one I purchased from Staples was the same price on sale but the old one was leather and had a little more padding especially in the lumbar but this one has plenty.This one also has padding on the arms which the last one didn't.The old one lasted more than 7 years with heavy use so I hope this one lasts that long.

Comfy New Office Chair

I was recently in my local Staples to get a new Office Chair mat. While walking around in the store to get the mat I had spotted the chair section and had immediately changed my mind. Instead of getting a new chair mat I decided it would be a way better choice to get a new chair. There were plently of chairs to choose from. The hardest part was which one? I decided on the Turcotte Luxura® High Back Managers Chair in Black. The price was right and the assembly was a snap. All the parts were packaged in their own little plastic pack and the instruction book was a no brainer. It took about 10 minutes or less to put the chair together. I'm very happpy with my purchase and if I ever need another office chair I'll go back to Staples.

Very little padding makes it hard to sit in this chair for more than an hour.
