I bought this chair on black Friday and had to go out of town. When i came back my wife had put it together. So i did the man thing and inspected it. Boy did lock foolish because everything was right and tight. She said the instructions was as simple as 1 2 3. and is ready to assemble something else. Thank you for making a good easy product.

Perfect chair for my home office. Relatively easy to setup. Cheaper as I bought it during Black Friday. I am happy with the purchase. So is the person who received it as a gift. Staples sales persons service is always great. No pushing for additional products and very helpful.

Great chair for the price

This is a perfect chair for anyone who doesn't have to sit in a chair for 8 hours.It is solid and comfortable. The only thing needed is a little more padding in the seat area. But for the price it was everything I was looking for.

It's worth it!

I've always bought the cheaper chairs but this time I upgraded a little and got this model. The first thing I noticed was how well the pieces fit together which was not the case with the el cheapo models. Secondly when finished with the assembly how easily everything actually worked i.e. the height the rocker tension and the swivels.

Typical home-office chair

Nothing very exceptional about this chair compared to the others I saw at Staples or anywhere else. They are all equally reliable and they all have the same problem....the seat will loose its softness in about 2 years and the chair will have to be replaced since it is cheaper to get a chair on sale than to get a replacement seat!. Buy this or any other chair on sale and you will be just fine!

Just love this chair. I have a small office area where I keep this chair for use at my computer. The ease of rolling the comfortable feel of the chair the high back and the lumbar support is great the ease of adjustability the ease of keeping it clean the sturdiness of the product and the ease of assembly was great. To me this is a quality piece of office furniture that I will have for a long time. I just have to keep my brother from wanting to take it home with him for his use. I will just have to buy him one for his birthday.

Not a bad chair just lacking sufficient padding in the seat. Which makes it somewhat unconfortable.
