Good value for the money

Not a chair you would want to spend an 8 hour day sitting in. But for short term 2-3 intervals this is a good value when on sale.

We purchased 6 chairs in two designs (including this model) from Staples. For the price these chairs exceeded our expectations. We purchased them on sale at a nice savings. Not only did they come with the most user friendly assembly instructions I've ever seen the quality has impressed our family members enough some have ordered chairs for their own home. But what really impressed was when we had a problem with one of the chair's lift system. It was an odd problem and took a couple of attempts to cure but Staples' response was rapid and exactly as promised. They shipped a new seat plate at first and when that didn't fix things they sent a gas piston. Both arrived within stated delivery time and without any expense on our end. This is "HOW" you take care of customers you want to keep and build a brand loyalty. Kudos.

We just moved office to a much larger space and were growing quickly. We were able to purchase 60 of these chairs at a great price through Staples and they delivered!

Managers Chair gets an A

The chair is just what I needed. The high back gives plenty of support for neck shoulders and back. The color works with all decor. Wish the arms were adjustable. It was very easy to put together. The chair slides well on floors and carpet.
