too low and too deep

It's a good share and good value but not suitable for someone spending hours working at a desk. Very poor back support because of the depth and construction of the back. It's good for an occasional user.

Definitely a good chair

Compared to the chair I had been using before this is a very big step up. I can lay my head back against the headrest without slouching in the chair whenever I want to relax while watching a hockey game which is good for a guy of relatively average height like myself (I'm somewhere between 5'11" and 6' for reference). I love how there is faux leather on the armrests in addition to the back and seat portions. My only gripe with this thing is that it could have been a bit easier to assemble. Beyond that I have no complaints. All things considered this chair gets my vote.

This was not too difficult to assemble with just the wrench included with the product. It seems to have a wide range of choices for back support as well as height adjustment. I was looking for a chair that would stand up to pretty heavy wear since it was donated to a non-profit and it will be placed at a front reception desk at the local SPCA shelter. They have a wide variety staff using the chair and all have stated they liked it very much. They are appreciative of the comfort this supplies them as they work at adopting animal to their forever home.
