Chair was easy to assemble. looks great is comfortable for me ( 213 lbs 76 inches male) rolls easy on carpet and is a great value. It has a five year factory defect warranty through staples. I would recommend the following: Need torque specs for fasteners. Step four arms should be assembled loose to permit the back in step 6 to be pushed between arms into position. It can be assembled with the allen wrench provided but it is much easier with a ratchet short extension and a long allen socket. (One quarter or Three eights drive works great )

Great Chair one assembly thought!

This is a great chair for the money very comfortable. One thought if you are assembling yourself - When you get to the arm assembly portion do not tighten the screws until you get the back portion into position. This will allow you to slide the back into position more easily. Once you have the back in position return and tighten all the screws. Another thing to consider while I was offered a $10.00 protection plan I declined. My previous chair (also purchased from Staples) lasted close to 10 years with no real issues. The padding did "flatten out" a bit over time but other than that it was fine. The $10.00 protection would have been approx. 1/6th the cost of the chair itself.

It was time to purchase another chair. This one was easy to put together. It is very comfortable. It moves with ease even though I have it on a carpet. Great price too.

after 2 months of use the hydraulics failed. The chair would slowly return to floor level... very annoying

Very Comfortable

This chair has many wonderful features. The high back makes for a very comfortable sitting experience. It enables me to sit up staight rather than slouching over all day long. The seat is the perfect length as well. I tried so many different chairs and the seats were so long that my feet wouldn't even touch the floor. The material is very soft and breathable. Not like some of the cheap material used to manufacture chairs these days. I would definetly recommend this product to my co-workers.

This started out to be very simple order. It is for a gift for a Birthday and I always try to shop staples. I had a cash card and was able to use it when I went to the store they applied my cash card to purchasing the chair. I was so thrilled that I found this wonderful chair on sale for $63.00. It will make a nice place for my son to set as he is an artist and works on the computer. This chair was more than $150.00 down to $59.99. I appreciate staples and them working with me. Staples is the best. Thanks so much
