Good chair bad execution

We went to a local store to purchase the chair which was listed in an ad. We found the chair at the store but the price was different from the ad. The person tried to see why there was a difference but was unable to match their own ad. They then said that we could order it in the store online and it would ship free. When she tried to bring it up she couldn't so I had to bring it up on my phone and show her. I was frustrated and walked out of the store without a chair. When I got back home I ordered the chair online at the correct price. A total waste of my time because the store was so different than the ads.

Bought this at a great discount on Black Friday didn't know what to expect. Was delivered to our house at no extra charge beat leaving home to do shopping on Black Friday. Unboxed parts had EZ instructions (imagine that) that I followed to the letter. Didn't need any additional tools as the Allen Wrench that was required came with the hardware. I started the screws but did not tighten them until I had all the screws in the part all went together easily. This is no LazyBoy but it will be just fine in my wife's studio.

I bought one and it makes alot of noise I don't like it that much although it is comfortable my brother comes over to watch football on sundays and he loves the chair so he asked me to get him one.

We purchased this chair and are happy with it. The assembly instructions were simple and it was easy to put together. I can see slight impressions of hardware coming through the back of the chair. But for the price it is a good deal.
