I assembled it in about 30 minutes. The assembly tool came with the chair which was nice. The chair is a little narrow my legs hit the arm rests but I am a big guy. It is comfortable. The recline is a little stiff even after adjusting the knob. But better that than falling over backwards. Overall a good product for the money.

Need to break it in

Pretty easy to assemble - I put together 5 within a couple hours. They are pretty stiff when you first get them so you have to play around with the back tension for a while. Most of the folks in our office who are using them really like them. But we got them to replace chairs that were falling apart so anything new was a plus. I am concerned about the quality long-term. As long as they treated properly we should have them around for a while. We bought them when they went on sale - more than 50% off (not sure if that was the Premier rate). At that price they are worth giving them a shot!
