This chair is very comfortable and it is at an affordable price. The person that took my order did mess up. When I ordered the additional labor she never put in my email. I did not get notification on how to get an appointment to get the chair set up. I ended up having to call staples and was told this is the problem. Then they gave me a telephone I had to call to make an appointment to the chair assembled. I think I should have received a discount on the assembly price since it was Staples fault.

I Love This Chair

I was initially very leery about purchasing this chair because some of the reviews were HORRIBLE. This chair is great I love the high back. It is firm but comfy and the price is very reasonable. If you are looking into purchasing this chair just do it you won't be sorry. I use it for my desk at home and it is PERFECT.

Turcotte Luura High Back Executive Chair

I have a home office and needed to replace my old chair with something that both classy and comfortable because I work some very long hours daily. After searching over a few days of chair inventory online I decided to purchased the Turcotte Luxura High Back Executive Chair because the sale price was attractive and it was advertised to rock/tilt backwards. Well once the chair was assembled it tilted alright but it was forward not backwards. I am very uncomfortable in this chair because it leans forward all the time. I have tried to adjust it but there is no mechanism that corrects this forward tilt... this is a very bad investment for me and I wish that I kept my old office chair which was slightly worn but a lot more comfortable.

Sturdy high back chair

I carry the maximum weight allowed for this chair and it fits me fine. Mind you it is not an overstuffed chair. The CEO's will scoff but the 'working class' 'take a meeeting' 8 hour a day business folk will have no issues staying put with this model. It is too soon to speak to how durable it is but monthly tightning of the screws is recommended and I concur with that.
