Honestly great chair for the price; easy to assemble comfortable looks exactly as advertised the cushion is fine to me the back has support and the headrest is perfectly situated as long as you’re not planning to sleep/live in it you’ll be comfortable; definitely recommend for a solid basic office chair

Very Nice Chair - Easy to Assemble

This is a really nice looking faux leather office-type chair (got the black color). It was very easy to assemble with the parts intelligently packaged for easy of identification. Took 20 minutes to assemble. Very comfortable with up and down adjustments as well as seat lean adjustments. Would not hesitate to buy again - especially at the price we paid.

Seat is too deep legs don't touch the floor

I'm 5'5 which I've always thought was a pretty average height but the only way my legs touch the floor in this chair is if it's on its lowest setting. Which then makes my shoulders and back hurt because I have to hunch up to reach my desk. I think the seat is too deep and I'm now going to have to spend money on some kind of pillow or back rest to push me forward. Also crossing your legs in this chair is hard the armrests dig into your thighs and make it really uncomfortable. Not a bad chair otherwise but those two issues are pretty hard to ignore.
