Hydrolic Lift failed

I purchased of these chairs at various times. Two chairs just sink to the lowest position. When I readjust the height it will sometime sink back down within minutes.

The chair is ok.but the massage section did not work.I don't return it because it will take too much work to do that.I won't recommend it.
