Shipped promptly. Assembly instructions were clear (especially if you follow them). The allen wrench required for assembly was included. I would rate comfort as satisfactory+ in this price range. Perfect for home office. Appearance is very good. I bought the three-year protection plan but the chair has a pretty comprehensive 5 year warranty so that was probably unnecessary.

Just what my husband needed!

This chair was a good price for a comfortable desk chair. My husband said he liked it better than his old chair. The lifting mechanism in it broke and he needs that to sit at his desk comfortably. I couldn't have found a better chair for the money.

The chair was and online purchase we received it very fast and it was incredibly easy to assemble. It rolls with ease and is sturdy and compfortable. I would buy the same again.

New Chair from Staples

My old chair I bought from Staples was a little over 10 years old it was still in good shape. I leaned to much to my right and it finally broke. I am happy so far with my new one price was right easy to assemble and very comfortable. I gave it 4 stars but it will probably prove to be a 5 Star product after I have used it a while.
