This was a replacement chair for my mother and she loves it! The web site was a little difficult to navigate to pick up in the store. I found that the item was in store #2 and I was trying to buy it and then just pick it up. I was actually at another store (#1) that was out of this item. When I arrived to pick it up at store #2 I realized that I had purchased it online (from store #1) and it was to SHIP TO STORE (#2). It was going to be about 3 days before it arrived. They (store #2) were out of this item now so I waited. Assembly was easy (the 5mm Allen wrench is included). As the title states: Very Comfortable. Love the high back to rest your head.
