I bought six chairs for my conference room and they look amazing. They are comfortable however I give it a four star because the material is a bit too soft and sometimes the chair is difficult to maneuver back and forth with the back.

hydraulics fail

the chair is comfortable however - the hydraulic part of the chair fails - when you sit in it and you have adjusted it - it does not hold

As a home worker I wanted to get a chair as much comfortable but as cheap as possible this is the right one. 2wks ago I bought this at half price and it has been very good so far.

Staples High Back Chair

I followed the instructions to a T and when I came to the step of folding the back up the faux leather began ripping. After that my husband had to take apart the chair and put it together a different way because it was too tight of a fit to fold up like the instructions stated. Overall it's a decent chair but you get what you pay for.
