Bought 6 of these for conference room chairs. They look great and are comfortable and the Sale price made these a no brainer

Turcotte High Back Chair

The chair looks good and was easy to assemble but the seat and back are harder that I normally like. Maybe it will soften with use but I think it's too firm. The armrests are ergonomically positioned correctly and it is a comfortable chair I just wish the padding was softer. It's still a good chair for the price!

no where to get assistance over the phone with warranty for the chair from the manufacturer every single call I was connected with the extended warranty provider who will do nothing till the manufacturer warranty expire no sense to me.
