Bait and Switch

"You can adjust the chair to meet your needs with its pneumatic seat-height adjustment and adjustable seat/tilt recline with lock" I don't know about you guys but this seems to clearly state "tilt recline with lock".. NOPE!! BAIT!!! I have know idea what the above means because once you finally finish assembling the chair and get to the "easy adjustment instructions" the very last thing "to operate tilt lockout".. It states "Tilt lockout locks the chair in the upright position only".. There it is..... The Bait and then Switch... If you wanted a chair that locks the tilt position back as well as the upright you are out of luck.
