I'm ecstatic with this chair . I'm a big guy 6'2 240 lbs and this chair is comfy . the description said comfortable for up to 4 hours and I'm never out of this chair for that long . Lumbar support is great . I'm handy at assembling things but I had to read the info to get the back on and screws lined up . otherwise it was easy

Disappointed with this chair

Took awhile to assemble. Getting the arms lined up correctly was difficult. The seat is very uncomfortable. Needs a lot more padding. If you sit for long hours in front of a computer look for something another chair. I would definitely not recommend this.

Easy Assembly

I put three chairs together in less than an hour in spite of another reviewer being baffled with the assembly! The parts are all separated by steps the drawings are clear and everything fits as it should. Just pop on the casters put the tube and sleeves in the hole put in the 4 bottom screws 8 side screws and filler plugs into the arms set the seat on the tube and sit down done deal They even supply the hex wrench! I guess 'rightie tighty' 'lefty loosie' was just never learned!.
