I picked up one of these chairs yesterday on sale at my local store. I think it took me longer to unpack it than it did to put together. Assembly was very simple and the hardware is all separated into individual pouches each marked as to which assembly set they're for. I'll be using it in my automotive restoration shop. I wouldn't recommend it for a receptionist or anyone else that would be sitting in it all day. For my purposes-sitting at my work bench/desk ordering parts writing receipts eating lunch etc. it'll work just fine. My only regret is that I didn't wait another day to buy it! I checked emails this morning and found this chair $20 cheaper that it was yesterday.

not enough padding in the seat and chair is set so tight that I have trouble leaning back in it but for the money I paid it is pretty good.
