It's too soon to give a true evaluation of this chair. However I'm really happy about the quick and efficient service I received. The chair arrived less than 24 hrs. after ordering. I assembled it immediately and am now using it. So far I'm really satisfied with the chair.

I was not able to assemble the chair because the holes in the chair arms did not line up with the holes in the chair back.
