Service at the store was great and very helpful. Checking out handled by the manager was excellent. As for the chair I love it and so do 2 of my co-workers who also got the same chair. Quality and price were great!

Excellent purchase for money

I am very pleased with this chair which i purchased with a big markdown. I use my computer at home several hours a day and need a chair with good support. The chair is very satisfactory. I am not a "hands on" man but I had absolutely no problem putting the chair together. the instructions were very clear. There is only one tool - an Allen wrench. It was very helpful that the parts for each step were separate and clearly labeled.
