I purchased this chair because it was on sale and I have been needing a new chair for quite some time and I didn't want to spend a lot of money for it. The chair is comfortable and I love the height adjustment. The only thing that I didn't like too much is that it the back of the chair does not tilt backwards if it does I haven't found it. I just like that added feature because sometimes I like to change the back of the chair for more comfort but hey the chair was an inexpensive buy and over all I am satisfied with my purchase.

Purchased on line and thought the chair would be larger than it is. The prior chair had more padding and a higher back which provided more head and neck support. It will suffice but would have preferred a different model. The ease of putting it together was fine and no swearing.

Easy to Assemble fast delivery works

Simple to assemble (Make sure you know the front from the back oops!). All parts included simple 6-step directions. Chair adjusts in height locks or rocks free rotation movement. Stitches are tight and uniform chair looks nice and is comfortable for a 8 to 10 hour day. The only reason it is not 5-star is the chair squeaks when you move/adjust your body. So every time you lean forward or sit back there is a creak. Tightening the bolts doesn't seem to make a difference; it is the metal attachment mechanism. Directions say that occasional tightening of the bolts is required so keep the allen wrench (provided); but so far I have not found a loose bolt (assembled a few weeks ago).
