First shipment Broken - replaced immediately

The first chair we received was all broken up in shipment called up Staples and they shipped out a replacement chair immediately.

Very nice chair once assembled. Chair came in multiple parts: base seat/back and arms. Instructions and picture display inadequate. Trouble determining fronts and backs of parts.

Started on a bad note when I bought the chair and took it home. Seemed as if it had been "refurbished". Nothing was in the packaging correctly. Put together easily at the beginning. Then the screws that were provided had been stripped. I took the chair back to staples and because I had left the receipt at home I had to answer many questions. It had felt as if I was being interrogated. After answering all questions the manager on duty permitted a new chair exchange. However he had made comments of disappointment being that I had bought the chair on sale originally and he'd have to give me the new chair without paying full price. He did not even have the chair in stock. I received the chair 3 days later with free shipping which was nice. The new chair was what was expected. Good for the sale price.
