Great Chair for a Great Price

I bought this chair on sale (little over 50% off). I bought it due to the fact that I needed a seat side and long enough for my legs (I get leg cramps if chair hits back of my thighs in wrong place.) This chair fits my needs. I still need a back support however. But with the use of the support the chair is great.

Tilt LOCKED but still moves...FLAT cushioning

#1. I have had the chair for 11 month. About 2 months ago I noticed when the tilt is in the locked position it still moved. Over the past 2 months it has gotten worse to the point of it moving 4-5 inches when locked. #2. Padding on seat cushion is FLAT. I can feel the mounting hardware on my bottom when I sit. I'm 5' 4" and 180lbs so I know its not me. Chair is used at home.
