Just purchased this chair and with the exception of putting the seat brace on backwards initially ( I made a call to customer service and the representative told me if I could tilt forward but not back that it was on backwards). Basically an easy set up took about 20 minutes with the initial error. So far the chair is very comfortable and I sat in it for an extended period of time with no discomfort. Ordered on on a Thursday had it on Friday. For the price I think it is a very good purchase. One thing I did like was that it has a five year warranty since the last chair I purchased from Staples came apart on the arm wrests and the seat edges separated. This chair does not have the stitching on the seat horizontally so I am hopeful It will last. So far solid chair great price. Time will be the true test however.

the chair is not slinging backwards. i do not like this. if staples can replace it it shoudl be ok
