Chair fabric was already ripped apart before first use. Assembly instructions incomplete/inaccurate. Totally unacceptable.

So comfortable for the back (not for the bum)

Great chair. I would say easy to assemble but I let my love do that. He said that the place where you put the nail through was not drilled properly but he fixed it somehow and still put the chair together and made it work for me. I love how comfortable it is for my back. However it needs more cushioning for the bum. Sitting in this chair for long periods without extra padding can be rough on a gal with little going on back there. Overall if it wasn't for that I'd give this chair five stars.
