Great chair but my skin sticks to the faux leather when I'm wearing shorts. So I'm returning it and getting a chair in fabric.

Awful bad quality

We ordered the chair in February and first order came with a broken arm we returned it and received a replacement that was even worse the upholstery started to tear apart in a few weeks in the end of march the chair was ruined. See the pictures.

I needed a chair for my new home office that I set up to work from home. It came in around the time that it was scheduled for. I recieved excellent customer service and the chair is extremely comfortable. It definitely looks like the picture advertised with its worth the investment you will make.

Awful quality

I purchased this online as I have many items from Staples. Well this purchase was AWFUL; the chair is cheap. I had it less than a week and it doesn't stay locked in place. The chair immediately drops once any weight is put in the chair. The weight of the chair is a max of 275 pounds - I am 150 pounds LESS than the maximum weight. I can't take it back to the physical store because I don't have a vehicle it will fit it. I went back and forth with representatives - the best they can do is send me some replacement parts!! Great. Now I have to disassemble and reassemble the chair.
