Chairs came promptly and were well packaged. They were very easy to assemble and are of very good quality. Comfortable and easy to adjust. Would recommend these chairs to anyone.

Dead pneumatic cylinder after 4 years

I bought this chair in December 2012 and the chair's pneumatic cylinder finally gave out so the seat bottoms out. I thought I was going to have to look for a new one on line but instead looked it up on Staples website and they still sell the chair same item number and model. It lists that it warranted for 7 years so I called there warranty number (800-425-0049) and told them my problem and they are going to send me a new cylinder. Great service.

office chair was easy to order and followed up with 2 day free shipping. Whats not to like??? Chair came unassembled and was easy to assemble. Quality seems good and chair is comfortable. thanks

Excellent buy for the money (black Friday special)

The chair is comfortable. One reason I decided to leave the review early (only had it assembled for a day so can not speak to how it will hold off over the years) is because when my father first put it together I could not understand where so many positive reviews came from. I even went online to read some of the reviews and sure enough most of the 1* reviews mention that the back does not recline. The chair felt very uncomfortable the back of the chair did not recline. I was upset and ready to take it back to the store. Then my son's friend came over and sat down on it. I said OMG it is the most uncomfortable char ever. He looked at me and said "It is because it was put together backwards"! Long story short my dad flipped it around (the back of the seat became the front). When he re-assembelled it properly voila it was everything an office chair would be. Make sure you it is assembled properly and it will work as designed!

This chair came earlier than expected. It had wonderful directions. When followed precisely the chair was assembled with ease. Everything fit together perfectly. What a pleasure! The chair is comfortable and fits perfectly at our desk.
