This new chair replaced the same model that I purchased 7 years ago. I just wore the old one out. I like this model because I am tall and the seat extends far enough out to support my thighs. Also it does not have an over engineered lumbar curve at the bottom of the seat back like so many other chairs do. This model has a very subtle lumbar feature which is perfect for me. It is very comfortable. It looks very nice and is very easy to assemble.

Not happy - pneumatic seat height gave out

I've had this chair for 8 months and the pneumatic seat height adjustment no longer stays up. Basically useless now. Not happy at all. I would avoid this chair.
