Excellent Chair

I bought a second Turcotte Luxura chair recently as I am very happy with the first one I bought 4 years ago. And I am still using the first chair. After using the first chair for 3-4 years it has a cylinder problem because of which it keeps going down slowly on its own. When I complained about the same to customer care they have sent a new cylinder. And you know what? During the same call I also mentioned about seat leather peeling off because of wear and tear and they have sent a new seat too. I am very happy with their customer service and hence I bought a second chair from them recently. If their customer service continues to be so good I will remain loyal Staples customer in future too.
