The unknown named representative was of immense assistance upon helping me with the purchase. The reason for my actions was based upon my inability to understand and follow the directions on the Web site when my first attempt was to accomplish this by myself. This representative should receive "KUDO'S" from management.

The top part of the back of the chair (headrest). Sticks out way too far. Not comfortable at all. Check this piece before putting the chair together...
