Was relatively easy to put together. Very comfortable. Love that it is adjustable both height wise and rocking back wise. Would get it again if I ever need a new chair.

Broken parts

Just received the chair about 20 minutes ago. The seat was scratched and had multiple small holes. The zipper in the back was broken too. Immediately called the Staples customer service. It was a long waiting time and the lady who answered the call was impolite and impatient. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

Confusing to put together

The item was labeled incorrectly underneath the chair. So when hubby put it together it was in an extreme upright position. Had to take it apart to reassemble.
