The chair was very easy to assemble all the hardware and allen wrench included. very nice chair only complaint is that it was on the truck for delivery for tuesday and didn't arrive until Wednesday.

The chair was ok for 2 days then suddenly has mechanical problem. When I sit on the chair it sets down to the lowest height. I have to adjust height every time I get off and sit on it. How do I return the item? There is no Staples near me. The closets one is about 80 miles from where I live.
