Amazingly easy set of instructions for assembly. And all parts identified and labeled to make the assembly so logical and orderly. Took 20 minutes only. This was a big concern raised with other companies offering chairs and one of biggest complaints was NO instructions on assembly.

Thrilled with the product and delivery - very unhappy with the follow-up

I didn't know who to contact so I thought that I would try this. I ordered a computer/desk chair or 5/21 and it was scheduled for delivery on 5/27. Because I haven't anything adequate to sit on I am stuck without being able to use my computer but that's my problem and if I can't get it delivered until 5/27 - then so be it. 1 As I stated I ordered the product on 5/21 and I just received it on 5/22. Five days before the scheduled delivery date - I am ecstatic!!!! 2 The assembly instructions are in English and are so simple and straight forward (and thanks for including the allen wrench)!!!! 3 The chair is an inexpensive one but it is exactly what I wanted - a great bargain!!!! Needless to say I am thrilled with the entire experience Joe I sent this in and then received an email saying that the product has been delivered. Obviously they didn't even read my email..

It is not straight it slants towards left. I did spin and it's kinda same. Leans towards one side (probably defective).

Overall good chair. Looks and assembly was good. My only gripe is that the cushion is definitely not padded enough. It sinks in and can't sit for ling periods of time. Could also use a little higher back but good chair for what we needed it for.
