Great oven overall but…

Unfortunately, after baking potatoes for an hour the glue holding the timer on seems to have melted - there must be a better way to attach the control knobs

Almost Perfect

The oven is undeniably fantastic, but there are two enhancements that would elevate it to a Five Star appliance. First, a temperature gauge is essential; it's challenging to determine the precise temperature. Personally, I've noticed that mine tends to run hotter than the temperature setting on the dial. Second, an internal light would greatly enhance usability. Currently, I resort to using my cell phone's torch to check on the food when I open the oven door. It doesn't seem unreasonable to request a built-in indicator that notifies us when the oven has reached the desired temperature and an internal oven light to illuminate the food when the door is opened.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Built in serious design fault

This product is built to fail. The timer button cannot be turned counterclockwise and yet in the instructions it says that’s fine to do that to reduce the time that you want the item to cook. And so many times you see in the reviews that the timer knob breaks when you turn counterclockwise as the knob is extremely cheap. They should get an actual metal knob. This is plastic and breaks and then you have to send the item back. What a colossal waste of resources and time all because of a cheap plastic knob.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The knob broke in less than a year. Works good. No other way to turn off.

not very good

I have owned this GE Toaster oven just under 5 months and the timer nob came off in my hand. it will not stop ticking now.

Great appliance but cheap on and off buttons

We love our appliance and we have 12 of our friends that have bought the same thing after we told them how great it is.
But we now have a problem, the button you turn it on with has broke off and you offer no parts for it. What do we do now??

Unuseable after 6 months

Just bought this oven 6 months ago and have used very infrequently....Love the oven but the timer knob just broke and it appears it melted. Its plastic inside, not a very good design now i can no longer use it unless i use plyers to twist the timer stem.....
