I wanted a more non toxic option for an air fryer without breaking the bank. This is perfect although I’m still trying to figure out the perfect timing on cooking.

Easy to Use and Clean

Easy to Use and Clean. Our previous Toaster oven didn't have a timer to turn off the oven...We like the bottom pull out crumb tray. It also matches well with our other SS appliances.

We’re so sorry to hear that your new toaster oven isn’t heating up. We know it’s incredibly frustrating when an appliance doesn’t work like you expect, but it’s even worse when it’s something so new. We do recommend making sure that the unit is securely plugged in and that the timer is being set any time the unit is being used, as it will not heat without the timer being set. If you are already setting the timer and the unit is securely connected to power then we recommend checking out page 10 of your owner’s manual for information on how to take advantage of your warranty. Disappointing

Worked well initially, although it seemed like cooking time was always longer than with other air fryer at same temperature. Unfortunately, after less than 2 months of use the timer knob completely broke off, making the product not usable. There is no way to order a replacement knob and aside from “scheduling service” I do not see an option to fix this problem under the product warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All modes work perfect , very fined tuned. Can cook pretty much anything and anyhow you want it to. Also very beautifull kitchen piece in stainless steel.

I love this oven, it works great. The only thing I would change is for the fry basket, pan and rack to be dishwasher safe. The mechanical controls are simple and easy to use, much better than digital controls.

Most used kitchen appliance

Not only is this appliance versatile and efficient, it’s quiet! We had the Cuisanart version of this appliance for the past few years (multiple units and models) and it was noticeably louder than this one. We do use the appliance multiple times a day (mainly for baking, toasting, and air frying), so interested to see how long it lasts.

Bad knob

Less than a month old and the timer knob made of cheap plastic has split open and is unusable. The only way to turn the oven on is with pliers. Stop using cheap plastic!
