Disappointing

Worked well initially, although it seemed like cooking time was always longer than with other air fryer at same temperature. Unfortunately, after less than 2 months of use the timer knob completely broke off, making the product not usable. There is no way to order a replacement knob and aside from “scheduling service” I do not see an option to fix this problem under the product warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks nice... it worked nice for 4 whole months. timer knob cheap plastic, the inside cracked there is no part in stock I hope the next unit has an updated part, I see this has been an issue with this model.

don't waste your money

just like so many other purchasers, the timer knob melted. totally useless now since it's also how the unit turns on and off. absolutely terrible design. don't you test before marketing?

Watch Out, Cheap Controls!

Control knobs are plastic, held on with a dab of glue and not sturdy. The timer knob requires a good amount of force to operate and eventually the plastic attachment breaks. Ours lasted 5 months. Poor engineering. Surprised at GE and the cost.

Broken knob

Timer knob broke off after less than 1 year or use. Got unit replaced and the same timer knob broke in about 10 months. The knob is made of cheap plastic if it was metal there would be no problem.

Fantastic All in One Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been meaning to replace most of my kitchen appliances and this definitely fits the bill. The most important feature is the air fryer and it is definitely nice. It allows my family and I to prepare delicious food without all the greasy fat. I have prepared many delicious dishes and it is quick and fast. It features Air Fry ,Bake , Toast,Broil,Roast ,Warm,Proof and Convection. This is everything and something for everyone in my household. It comes with an air fryer basket, rack, and a baking pan. GE is a reputation brand and has been for a long time. I had made a roast, pizza, Italian food, reheating food and much more. I recommend this oven for those that doesn't have much counter space.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Knobs have poor design

The knobs are poorly made. The entire oven is made well, and then the knobs you have stuck on there are made of plastic. Plastic on metal strips out! Ours broke and to make matters worse, there’s no replacement piece for it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
