Still learning air fryer so I don’t burn items but do not like having to use timer to start oven. Hard to turn knob to turn off

What an Oven!

This oven is absolutely amazing! It seems every function it performs it excels at…it’s a great air fryer, it toasts bread more evenly then I’ve ever had before. I find myself using it instead of the main oven for almost everything. I could not be happier with my purchase!

Temperature is accurate. It cooks evenly. I love the simplicity of the mechanical controls. Easy to clean. Matches my other GE kitchen appliances.
I was concerned over the issues I’ve read about the knobs but so far, no issues.

Dump the Range

I got rid of my Samsung gas range after it broke for the 4th time in 8 years, and bought this little oven to see if I could skip the benzene belching gas and the massive cooking furniture and make do with cheaper portable electric appliances (it’s just my husband and me). Color me gobsmacked. I cannot beLIEVE how fast this thing cooks! A stuffed 5-lb chicken—yep, it fits—took 1:15 in the gas range, 35 minutes (you heard me, I said 35 minutes!) in the toaster oven! Everything cooks faster and more evenly. Even toast (though it takes a bit longer and you have to flip it). It broils muuuuch better than a big oven. I’m sold.
I’d like a bigger one, though. My 9x13 baking pans and quarter cookie sheets don’t fit. And I want to cook holiday turkeys. So I’m going to buy up, but I’m hanging onto this one, and I’ll have TWO ovens. You know how much a double-oven range costs? Who needs ‘em? I wish I’d figured this out 20 years ago.

The oven works great and takes up less room on the counter. My only wish is that it had a light inside. I have to open the door and pull the tray out to see how my food is progressing.

Non toxic and larger space for cooking!

Really like it so far, simple to use out of the box and efficiently air fries and bakes as needed. Feel like it gives a better overall cook than the previous one we had and really like that it’s one of the few that doesn’t have the nonstick lining. Looking forward to cooking a wider variety of items with the addition space it provides, would highly recommend!

Versatile!

I bought this to replace a 10 year old toaster oven. Wow! What a different machine this is! I have had an air fryer for several years and only use it occasionally. Now I no longer need a separate air fryer and a separate toaster oven. On hot days I can use the convection oven function and not have to have unnecessary heat in the kitchen. This appliance does everything I want and need.
