I like cooking with stainless steel so opted for this pan. I like the size but I’m trying to cook without oil (using broth or water) and I have trouble with food burning on one side of the pan.

I enjoy stir frying with this pan although I could have gotten a smaller pan. The 14" pan is great for really large amounts which is great when I'm cooking for family and friends

I love this pan!! Except when I am cooking on an electric stove. The pan and range retains a lot of heat and makes it very hard to not over cook or burn meat. I actually pre cook all my meat on a nonstick pan then move to this Stir fry pan. It really helps bring out the flavors. On a gas range, this pan works wonders!! Grr... electric stoves!!

It is a great item, it is just that the metal ring that surrounds the glass of the lid doesn't seal and stream and liquid can scape through the edges

This product only has encapsulated aluminum at the base, so it did not heat evenly. I was looking for a wok that can heat evenly while having great heat retention. Unfortunately this is not the product that I was looking for. I had to return it.

I needed a large saute pan with a lid.. It heats evenly. Not heavy. Food doesn't stick. I evenly put a rack in the bottom and steamed broccoli. Perfect. I like the clear lid.
