[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Cuisinart Chef's Classic Stainless 14" Stir-Fry Pan. I've been cooking my breakfast and dinner in it most every day. It was suggested to use medium heat which I do. If I'm boiling water to steam veggies I'll set the heat on median high till I get it going than drop the heat down to median. The pan is easy to clean with soap and water. I'm very happy with this purchase.

I'm a Cuisinart fan, and having to upgrade all of my cookware after switching from gas to induction it only made sense to upgrade to a Cuisinart walk for compatibility. This walk is huge and much larger than many others I shopped for. Very sturdy and durable and feels like it's going to last a very long time. Very happy with this purchase!

I have used the pan 2 times. Once for a giant batch of sausage gravy and once to make a giant batch of sloppy jo. Loved it! The sausage for the gravy and the ground beef for the sloppy jo browned nicely and cleanup was a breeze! I'm certain it will work well for a giant batch of marinara too!
