These pans are the perfect balance of light weight and excellent conduction and heat distribution. They will not last forever, but for someone with carpal tunnel, heavier pans were becoming difficult to handle. This pan cooks beautifully and, filled with food, isn't so heavy I can't move it. Absolutely perfect. They clean beautifully!

Thank you for the 9" flat bottom; it's like having a skillet in aid skillet! Easy to clean and easy to the store. The glass top allows me to see when my stir-fry oil is ready! This new wok is superior to all others I've seen.

Very nice wok. Not too heavy, the disc base conducts heat well and gets hot enough to stir fry. I use it on an electric burner. Great for making Chinese dishes. Also works well for cooking greens, stews, chili. I was using non-stick woks but I like this one much better and if you heat the pan and use oil it doesn't have a problem with sticking. When foods stick just deglaze a little bit with a small amount of water. Best quality price ratio I could find on a wok. If I could only have one pan this one would be a good choice.

I love my new wok. This is the first time that I've bought a stainless steel wok. I usually purchase non-stick or hard anodized woks. I usually need to be replace them after a few years. I had a Cuisinart electric wok that I absolutely loved and replacement parts were available. However Cuisinart discontinued the product. Based on my experience with that wok, I decided to try this stainless steel one. It performs exactly as they describe. It heats up quickly on medium heat. Food does not burn or stick to the pan. It cleans easily with dish soap and water. The wok is light but the glass lid is quite heavy. I cook stir fry type meals very often so I use this wok several times a week.
