Best performing dual heating system

1 month into my purchase of Maestro dual heating system. I love it. My family can make coffee drinks as good as any cafe. With little or no effort the drinks are ridiculously great. Once you find the right espresso bean and grind settings it’s magical.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great option for the home barista

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a first foray into home espresso, I believe this machine is a great place to start! Settings are predefined, 3 water temperatures, pressure meter, and steamer make this a complete set for a beginner barista. The built in burr grinder and tamper simplifies processes and makes delivery cleaner. The pressure meter helps you dial into getting a good shot, and the steamer wand is great for building those milk-based drinks! Overall, its a great complete set for someone who wants to get into espressos but doesn't want to invest the potential thousands of dollars into a more advanced machine.
It takes a couple of tries to dial in your favorite coffee beans, but you can adjust dosage, temperature and make a single or double shot. Once that's done, the pressure meter helps you indicate whether or not you got a good grind size and dosage level.
The only thing I wished this machine did better was more features to help you understand what you might be doing wrong, but that's part of the fun of pulling shots.
Overall, highly recommended if you are just getting started and didn't want to go all out on different components! Great machine!

Firstly, this machine is utterly beautiful to look at. With its styling and build quality, it looks like it would cost FAR more than it does. Secondly, although it is not fully automated, it makes superb tasting coffee (which matters more to me). Once you learn how to use it, it becomes second nature, and you will love the "better than the coffee shop" tasting brew it produces.

Perfect For The Coffee Lover

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Where do I start, as an espresso and coffee lover I can’t get over the La Specialista Prestigio Expresso Machine. Although I have never make it on my own I do purchase a lot of these beverages. My new espresso machine at first seemed a little overwhelming but, after using it a couple times I think I’m a pro. This machine is made for the new user as well as the season vet! It is packed with so many options that you will love. It’s hard for me to decide where to start. The QuickStart guide that is included was necessary for me but many of you might not even need it. This machine has three temperature settings, dose level for the amount of coffee you want in your basket, an integrated grinder with several grind options, an integrated easy dump and tamper for your coffee, a pressure gauge that you can monitor and so much more. I can actually go on all day with the options included! You can make espresso, americano, coffee and even tea with his machine and the best part is it even has an included milk frothier which I use quite often. Trust me when I say this thing has and does everything! So, if you’re a coffee lover like me you’re going to love this.

It's easy to set up and makes excellent espresso. I'm still learning all of the functions since it can do so many things and it's fun to experiment with it. It looks beautiful on my countertop and I get lots of compliments on it. Definitely, a professional grade and quality made machine! I love it!~

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a fantastic espresso machine! The ease of use is great. It automatically grinds and then you tamp in one step. This machine allows you to make espresso, coffee, or americanos in one step. The frother works well and overall this makes a great drink. My only negative is it is taller than my previous machine and does t fit under my upper cabinets, but that’s not a dealbreaker. It’s a nice looking machine!

I bought this about two years ago. I have had it replaced by Delonghi 6 times. Always is diagnosed with a broken frame and unrepairable. The lastest replacement unit lasted 3 weeks before failing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
