This skimmer is study with no flexibility - a trait I am always looking for. Yes great for skimming but I use to take bones out of stock so anything flexible won't work. Made from 18 /10 stainless steel, won't tarnish or rust and you can put it in the dishwasher!

Great skimmer

Great tool to use for deep frying, gnocchi pasta, etc. especially since it will drain excess water, grease back into the pot. Well made with it being stainless steel, easy to clean and can be put in the dishwasher.

I love all my zwilling tools! They are made out of a great quality stainless steel. They don’t rust or pit in the dishwasher. The handles are comfortable to hold.

Perfect tool for skimming, straining and serving. Separate the sauce from the meats or vegetables with this skimmer. Well constructed- love the stainless steel.

Easily and safely remove food items from hot liquids and oil with assistance from this skimmer. Also useful for blanching vegetables or skimming foam from stock. Stainless steel is dishwasher safe.

I received this as a gift and I use it all the time now. I use it for removing certain pasta shapes from the cooking liquid to poached eggs, yes I use it on poached eggs and it works perfect. It is one of those tools with many uses and is never far from the stove.

Very good Stainless Steel Skimmer and for serving and cooking. Remove grease and liquids from vegetables and grease residue after frying hamburger. Cleans well in dishwasher.
