I love all my zwilling tools! They are made out of a great quality stainless steel. They don’t rust or pit in the dishwasher. The handles are comfortable to hold.

I received this as a gift and I use it all the time now. I use it for removing certain pasta shapes from the cooking liquid to poached eggs, yes I use it on poached eggs and it works perfect. It is one of those tools with many uses and is never far from the stove.

I recently upgraded my kitchen utensils to all Henckels stainless steel. I love the way they all match and the quality is amazing. I had never had a skimming ladle before but decided to get one and it's so useful! In addition to skimming I also use this for lifting things out of frying oil. The handle is round and comfortable and the stainless steel is great quality...all my Henckels utensils look great even after many trips in and out of the dishwasher.

Perfect for pot stickers, tortellini or pastas, noodles, or spaetzle! Drains them all beautifully before serving. Also great for getting meatballs out of the sauce! Made from the lovely brushed stainless steel that holds up well and is easy to clean. Nice long neck and handle so easy to maneuver.

I was more than happy to replace my cheap plastic skimmer with a high quality stainless steel. I sometimes use it to scoop meat from its juices and it can definitely stand up to the weight of the meat, unlike the old plastic one. It has such a nice weight and looks great even after going through the dishwasher.

This skimmer is a great gift and great to have in the kitchen. It is 18/10 stainless steel so it won't show water marks or rust.

Very good Stainless Steel Skimmer and for serving and cooking. Remove grease and liquids from vegetables and grease residue after frying hamburger. Cleans well in dishwasher.

Easily and safely remove food items from hot liquids and oil with assistance from this skimmer. Also useful for blanching vegetables or skimming foam from stock. Stainless steel is dishwasher safe.
