Avoid. Mediocre when it works.

Avoid this mop. When it does work, it does an OK job, but it is very unreliable on hard floors. Within a few months of purchasing, the wheels begin to show cracks, and it will not leave the base on on its own. Not worth it. I have a self emptying J7 as well that does a decent job.

I want to use the mop but I think it is malfunctioning. A lot of water/ cleaning water comes out at one time. I think maybe the plastic insert tank has a leak. It never manages to get more than one room "mopped" before tank is empty and floors are soaked. I wouldn't waste my money again. You can see the amount of water left in the video... I'd would rather just mop than deal with this mess every time.

Great: the concept it is a great idea. Not too great: the tank cover or door that is constantly not closing properly as should be doing. It is bumping a lot even though the map and furniture have been changed. The cloud is weak or not function sometimes.

I really like this mop!

I use this mop a couple times a week. I mop my hardwood floors with it. I am handicapped and this mop saves my knees from pain and soreness. It does a really good job. It mops exactly where you map it to go and if it needs adjusting, it's easy to do.
