Better than most, it still has a few bugs.

Have had her a little over a year, and she does a decent job. My biggest trouble with her is that she won't leave the docking station without a nudge. Plenty of traction but she tries and tries and goes nowhere. She also gets spooked if she gets up near the railing to the stairs, she thinks she is falling even though there is plenty of room between her and the rail. I can't get her to even start up more than a minute before she errors me, she is falling. Once you know her fussy ways, she does an ok job for a robot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Robo mop

Use on vinyl plank flooring and it works great. The suggested cleaning solution from Bona is hard to find. iRobot use to sell it but now the sell something else in smaller bottles and more expensive! It doesn't work well?

Already had a replacement since the original didn't work. Replacement without battery, did not work. Support send a battery. Still didn't work. Getting ready for another session with support

Waste of Money

I've had this for years and it's maybe done its job 20 times so I'm just throwing it out. It either gets stuck on the base, says the tank is empty (when it's full), or gets stuck under my couch. I've called tech support a handful of times and I give up.

Customer service is the worst

Much improved over previous models. Does a really nice job. Pray you do not need customer service though. It is the worst. Points deducted for extremely poor customer service. I no longer recommend iRobot due to lack of support.

We have a house of seven, so we mop at night. Unfortunately the mop and our other unit keep getting lost in the house and cannot complete a job. Out of the 30 jobs it has completed 6
