This mop gets stuck easily, it will not go over a thin transition from room to room. It's not able to do what it's advertised to be able to do. I will be returning it.

Product died, unable to contact support

The mopping robot worked for several months then proceeded to die 10 months after purchasing. Robot will not charge, error message says install genuine iRobot battery (which is present) and will do nothing at all. Customer service is not available. Unable to reach anyone on the phone and submitting a ticket via the website with a "2 day" turnaround goes unanswered. For $450, I would think about spending money elsewhere.

Probably not buying it again

It's dripping cleaning solution on every bump making spots. I have to follow my robot and wipe after it. It gets confused and lost in very simple areas. It goes the same areas again and again and again. It barely goes straight lines. I am not too happy. Yet it misses nothing. That's a plus!

Used to be good, now wondering about planned obsolescence

I have had my Braava jet m6 since late 2021. At first, it was great, paired with my i7, I ran it 3 times weekly over our 2000 sqf home. Overall, no complaint back then, it did what it was advertised to do, and I was happy with it. I wish you could have the mop started after the vacuum was done in a room, rather than with a job, but that's a small inconvenience. However, starting late last year, I began noticing increasing issues with the mop which has made it not worth running anymore. At first it would randomly have wheel or navigation errors for no apparent reason. Next, it started having issues leaving the dock to start a job. I noticed after 2 years, the wheels looked a bit worn, and it was getting caught leaving the flat dock attachment. Despite having replacements for the vacuums, iRobot fails to provide the same support for its mops. However, some grip tape on the dock seemed to have helped the issue. Now, the mop will run part of its job, but when it returns to the dock to charge, it will be unable to find the dock, despite being less than 3 feet away, with obsoletely nothing between it and the dock. I have attempted al suggested troubleshooting options all to no avail. Even as I write this review, I am attempting to remap my home and the mop is randomly stopping to give errors, then starting to working again. I am also getting false errors and false job's ended notifications through the app, while the mop is still running. The only thing I can think of is a degradation of the operating software. I am giving it 2 stars as it used to be great, however, it has just continued to degrade in it performance for the last year. It is a shame as our i7 which is older than the mop is still running strong. However, these will be the last iRobot products I plan to own, I will try Roborock next. For the price, I expect it to work more than 2 years and be able to run without constant attention.

Easy

I use it once a week to sweep then mop. I use bins in it. I trek snow so it mops it up. I have another one in my kitchen. I use them both at the same time while I drink a cocktail. It is so easy. I also run my two Roomba vacuums in the rest of my house. Sometimes I'm doing all three floors at once, I love it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the robot mop
