I used this a least a couple of times a week as we have dogs that always seem to get into something muddy and it did a great job. Just before going on winter vacation, I kept getting an error telling me to move my Braava to an even surface, which I did several times. I rebooted it, uninstalled it and still no luck. When I return from vacation I tried again, same problem. When I called customer service they said that they could not do anything since it was out of warranty, but they did offer to send a new set of wheels. I replaced the wheels, tried again and same message. So at this point it would seem that I have a piece of garbage plugged into my wall and no one can seem to fix the issue. I am really torn as to whether or not I should just go ahead and replace. ps. Love my Rhoomba.

Bought it in April 2022, was replaced twice prior to the end of the warranty for two different issues. Now we are getting the famous wheel stuck error. We purchased as a package based on the 980 vacuum we have and are still using since 2015. The Braava does not lasts and it is build as a throw away unit. When I called I was told bad luck you are out warranty but you can buy a new one. Looking at a different company that makes a robot vacuum and mop, iRobot is not what it used to be.

I got the Braava the last week of November. 3 times it mopped. 3 TIMES!!! Then it gave me an error message that was un-fixable. Nothing helped. I rebooted; I rebooted by router; I emailed customer service; NOTHING. Would not move; they did not get back to me for a week. When they did, their answer was order more wheels and replace them. HMMMMM new item, ran 3 times and now it is time to charge me more money and time. The previous Braava I had lasted about 2 years. I got so mad I threw it away. NOW I KNOW IT IS A TERRIBLE PRODUCT AND IS NOT WORTH HAVING.

I love my new Mop Bot!

This mop saves me so much work and time. I have the vacuum and I recently added the Braava Jet m6 and both have been life changing for me. No more spending my weekends cleaning the floors. I have no carpet so my entire house has to be mopped in addition to the vacuuming. Pros: Very quiet, very thorough, and can get into most areas because it's smaller than the Roomba and square so it can also get in the corners. It has never gotten stuck anywhere in my house so far. Cons: It's very slow and I thought it could used the map created by the Roomba but it had to create it's own map which literally took an entire day but as long as the map is saved and you set up your rooms it should be a one time thing. It doesn't integrate as well as I expected with the Roomba. I initially wanted it to mop after finishing a vacuum on certain days and sometimes it randomly mops after the Roomba but I think I have that all turned off and I'm just creating separate jobs and schedules for the mop. Unfortunately you can only pick days of the week so there is some manual involvement with the scheduling if you don't want it to mop once a week. It also does not alert me when it runs out of cleaning fluid, which does last a good while but if it's mopping the entire house, it will likely run out, but it just kept spitting up bubbles and mopping when it ran out. I thought it would stop and have the app alert me. Directions state the light will start to circle red which means you have to physically monitor it periodically. Now that I know it's quirks I know how to manage it, but I can be working at home and have it mop and I just check on it once in a while. Replacing mop pads is very simple. I would recommend wiping the underside of the machine down and the base after a mop job as they will be dirty. Overall I am very happy with the mop and would definitely recommend it.

Updates killed my Braava

My Braava worked great for a year and a half. Have mainly wood floors, 3 cats and a dog, and the mop cleaned up our main floor like a champ. Used it on an almost daily basis. Then one day it stopped working. After talking the tech support, I found out that iRobot pushed out an update, and it bricked my mop. Since it was out of warranty the best they could do is give me $50 for a trade-in if I wanted to buy a new one at full price.

I have two mops when I purchased themnI was in love they were doing a great job. the problem is when you have them over a year. you start getting a lot of different issues the battery wont charge, the mop doesn't move from the docking station. I have had issues after issues with both mops and the vacuums. I'm ready to trash them and try the Dyson. iRobot needs to invest more in their products lower the prices for a machine that is only good for one year. I used to recommended to my family and friends but not anymore I'm tired that when I need to use the mop or sweeper they never work.

I love the mopper. It cleans well. Saves me time. The only thing that I dislike about this is you can not get parts for it. I called ask for a left wheel, I was told it's on backorder for 30 days. After waiting for 60 days never received the part. I ordered another mopper. Still as of today never had receive the part
